At ShonenCrate, your satisfaction is important to us. Every product we sell is made-to-order through our trusted Indian production partner Qikink, which means each item is custom-printed specifically for you.

Because of this personalized production process, we follow a strict return and refund policy aligned with Qikink’s fulfillment guidelines.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order meets one of the following conditions:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective printing or product
  • Misprint or production error
  • Wrong item sent

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size, color, or design selected by the customer
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Errors in the shipping address provided by the customer

👉 Please carefully check size guides, product colors, and your shipping details before placing an order.


📸 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or you received the wrong product, please report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

To file a claim:

  1. Email us at admin@shonencrate.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos of the item showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will either:

  • Send a free replacement
  • Or issue a full refund, depending on the situation

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size/color/design chosen by the customer
  • Orders delayed due to courier or weather issues (beyond our control)
  • Orders lost due to wrong address provided by the customer

💳 Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original method of payment (via Razorpay)
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider
